BIM Design Engineer Life Sciences Project | Surrey | £85K£90K + Package
We’re partnering with a leading international M&E contractor renowned for delivering high‑specification data centre and pharmaceutical projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking a BIM Design Engineer to join their team on a large‑scale life sciences facility in Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1 engineering contractor known for their technical excellence, career development, and consistent project pipeline across critical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design and coordination of complex MEP systems using BIM technologies.
* Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure accurate model delivery.
* Manage design reviews, clash detection, and coordination between disciplines.
* Assist in developing detailed models, drawings, and documentation to meet project standards.
* Maintain BIM workflows and ensure data integrity throughout project stages.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in MEP design coordination or BIM engineering.
* Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
* Experience on large‑scale life sciences, data centre, or high‑tech projects.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
