Overview:
Revive & Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in food preparation and quick service with a high focus on food quality, portion control, food safety and attention to detail.
Duties:
1. Daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food service.
2. Food preparation; adhere to recipes and presentation standards.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
4. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
5. Hold guest concerns regarding menu items or dietary needs in the highest regard.
6. Must have strong work ethic and be a team player
Qualifications:
7. Background in high end cafe, quick service, fast paced environment experience preferred.
8. Proficiency in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and knife skills is required.
9. Experience in food service roles within restaurants or catering environments is advantageous.
10. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is crucial for maintaining compliance.
11. Excellent communication skills with the ability to be part of a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
