Job Description:
The Role:
Our objective is to reshape the value chain for our Members and Insurers using data-driven insights. Our success will be based on the value data creates for our Members, risk capital providers, other suppliers, and ourselves.
Your role will contribute to the success of the Risk Exchange Data Operations team, responsible for managing and delivering accurate reporting to Insurers and partners.
You will establish relationships with Insurers, become a subject matter expert in their data and reporting requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Responsibilities:
* Support data onboarding for Insurers and understand their reporting needs.
* Collaborate with Insurers, Data Acquisition, Product, and Development teams to meet data requirements efficiently.
* Work with teams to develop automated data feeds.
* Assist Member Data Managers with mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation of data to meet standards.
* Ensure timely submission of data feeds to Insurers.
* Monitor and resolve Data Quality issues raised by Insurers.
* Maintain accurate Insurer Reference Data.
Experience:
* At least 5 years of P&C insurance experience, with SME knowledge.
* Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
* Knowledge of data ingestion tools and processes (preferred).
* Experience in specialty/E&S markets (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Familiarity with Lloyd’s Data Standards.
* Understanding of data validation, quality metrics, and reporting.
* Self-management and independence.
* Efficient prioritization skills.
