This is a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling spare parts enquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent aftersales support. You’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience. Key Responsibilities * Process and manage customer orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. * Communicate with customers to handle enquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues. * Liaise with logistics and internal teams to maintain smooth order fulfilment and inventory control. * Maintain accurate sales and customer records using internal systems. * Support spare parts sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-up. * Provide general administrative support to the service, accounts, and warehouse teams. * Help maintain excellent housekeeping standards in office and warehouse areas.
