Overview
Showroom Project Coordinator – Part Time, 24 hours per week, Permanent Contract as part of the B&Q team. In this role you will help bring our customers’ dream kitchen and bathroom projects to life.
What’s the job?
You will support our showroom teams and installers with the help and advice needed to deliver a seamless and professional service for our customers. Whether via phone, email, or face‑to‑face, you will keep customers up to date with their projects until completion. You will also use design software to bring customer projects to life, asking questions and exploring possibilities. The role requires confidence to recommend the right finance, products and installation options.
What We Need
* Excellent technology and computer skills.
* Brilliant communication and relationship‑building skills, working closely with colleagues and installers.
* Motivated by targets and a proactive problem‑solver with good project‑management skills.
* A keen eye for design.
* Flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
