Are you an experienced Commercial Account Executive ready to hit the ground running with a portfolio of loyal clients?
We're working with a respected and growing insurance brokerage who are looking to appoint a Commercial Account Executive to manage and grow an existing book of commercial business in the South Wales area.
The Opportunity:
1. Take over an established and profitable book of commercial clients, with long-standing relationships already in place
2. Work across a broad spectrum of commercial risks including property, liability, fleet, and more
3. Maintain and grow the book through excellent client service, cross-selling and new business development
4. Work closely with account handlers and broking teams to ensure top-tier service delivery
5. Operate in a hybrid role - manage your own diary with a mix of client site visits, remote work, and time in the office as needed
About You:
6. Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or similar client-facing insurance role
7. Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
8. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
9. Comfortable with managing and developing a book of business
10. Cert CII or working towards (desirable, not essential)
