Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Kidderminster for a Wills & Probate Solicitor. You will manage a caseload of wills, probate, estate administration and related legal matters with efficiency and professionalism. Key responsibilities include providing first‑class legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing wills, administering estates, offering inheritance tax planning and maintaining excellent client communication to ensure a seamless, supportive client experience.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Wills and Probate law, including estate administration and inheritance tax planning
* Strong understanding of legal principles and a demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice
* Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and handle a varied caseload with a methodical and diligent approach
* Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in Wills and Probate
* Good knowledge of compliance processes and adherence to Solicitors Regulation Authority standards
