£19.23 per hour + Holiday Pay.
A strong brand with passionate teams, and multiple sites across the region is looking for a temporary HR Advisor to support with people strategy, provide practical HR advice, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all locations.
Responsibilities
1. Provide hands-on HR support to managers across all sites on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, absence management, and performance issues
2. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
3. Support or lead on investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures
4. Assist with driving engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
5. Work closely with the wider HR team and site leaders to support business needs
Desirables
6. Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role – ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (hospitality/retail/leisure is a plus)
7. CIPD Level 5 qualified
8. Strong knowledge of UK employment law
9. Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels
10. Able to work independently and flexibly with a proactive mindset
11. Full, clean driving licence and own transport essential due to multi-site travel.
