By taking the time to build meaningful, long-term relationships with our Large Corporate clients, we can exceed their expectations and move from being a payer of claims to a partner for a healthier life. As a Client Manager in our Large Corporate Sales Team, you'll be proactively managing, retaining and developing a portfolio of Large Corporate clients. This portfolio will be predominantly made up of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and medical trust clients.
Key responsibilities
* Developing positive and productive business to business relationships to deliver retention and development sales results across the range of products and services
* Taking a consultative approach to truly understand your client's goals and strategic objectives, taking ownership of their needs, queries and their servicing requirements
* Building annual and longer-term account plans, establishing and developing lasting relationships between Corporate Clients and AXA Health
* Presenting relevant high quality tailored proposals, lead negotiations and win new business
* Proactively identifying opportunities for further product and service sales
