The Role
This role is ideal for an outgoing, personable and level headed candidate who is keen to learn about the UK lettings industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the allocation of rents for a portfolio of properties across multiple X1 buildings.
* Working closely with the Lettings team to assign all unallocated receipts, and assist with weekly rental debt reports.
* Process payments daily to landlords both in the UK & overseas and assist with any queries relating to landlord statements.
* Ensure works order payments to suppliers, contractors, agents and any relevant 3rd parties are made in a timely manner through the CRM.
* Produce monthly reports for each site within their portfolio to analyse performance; highlighting occupancy rates, average rental trends, fees generated and debt.
* Review business operational accounts, highlighting any risks and offering process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
What you will bring:

* Strong Excel skills
* A keen interest in maths and financial analysis.

You will be based in our Liverpool office.
Department - Finance
Contract type - Permanent
Hours - 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
