We are seeking a Senior Support worker to join our Service in Birkenhead.

What you’ll be doing:
* Support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and varying levels of independence
* Collaborate with the service manager and staff to maintain high level of support required for service needs
* Participate in an on‑call system
* Complete weekly and monthly audits
* Provide personal care as required
* Maintain and develop community links and facilitate access to community and leisure pursuits to support independent living and life skills
* Operate within an adult residential service setting
