In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate project events and meetings, including invitations and room arrangements.
2. Create, maintain, and track the Project delivery plan.
3. Update and manage content on SharePoint.
4. Support digital design and content creation for Change Communications.
5. Assist in designing newsletters and surveys using Kahoot! or Microsoft Forms.
6. Manage mailing lists and monitor the Engagement Inbox.
7. Support onboarding and offboarding of team members.
8. Perform other administrative activities to support project delivery.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Experience in a high-profile coordination role managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
2. Background in a project environment, preferably with global projects.
3. Strong event coordination and organisational skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet tight deadlines.
6. Flexible and proactive in driving team and project plans.
