Customer Service Representative - Broadband Advisor

Applicants must reside in or near Brent

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm


About the Role

We are seeking a personable, dependable and well-organised individual to join our expanding team as a Broadband Advisor. This position focuses on supporting our existing customers by addressing their inquiries, guiding new clients through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey with us.

By leveraging 4G and 5G technology, we offer reliable internet access where traditional landline and fibre options are unavailable or insufficient. Our service is supported by a knowledgeable team and consistently strong customer feedback.


Key Responsibilities

As the primary contact for customers post-signup, your duties will include:

* Responding to inquiries via phone and email, including billing concerns, contract details and general account support
* Managing customer orders, processing returns and coordinating replacement equipment
* Overseeing the onboarding of new clients, ensuring clear communication and a smooth installation or setup experience
* Addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Collaborating with internal departments such as technical support and operations to maintain a cohesive customer experience


Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who brings:

* Prior experience in customer service, administration or operations. Familiarity with telecoms or broadband is helpful but not required
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and confident approach
* Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in using systems to process orders, track returns and maintain accurate customer records
* A collaborative mindset, reliability and a willingness to contribute across various areas of the business
