leWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Specialist to support the implementation of Point of Care Testing (POCT) solutions across healthcare settings within Greater Glasgow & Clyd
e.This is a field-based role focused on delivering high-quality operator training, supporting clinical teams during implementation, and ensuring a positive user experience across hospital and community environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving user adoption, supporting change management initiatives, and ensuring training excellence throughout the deployment lifecycl

* es.Support implementation and rollout activities for Point of Care Testing solutio
* ns.Provide ongoing guidance and support to clinical users following go-li
* ve.Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training documentation and recor
* ds.Conduct competency assessments and support user sign-off process
* es.Troubleshoot basic user, workflow, and operational issues during implementati
* on.Build strong working relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, clinical stakeholders, and project tea
* ms.Ensure all training activities are delivered in line with governance, quality, compliance, and patient safety standar
* ds.Support change management initiatives and encourage user adoption across diverse clinical environmen
* ts.Act as a trusted training resource throughout the implementation program
me.
