Account Executive
to take ownership of an existing book of loyal clients while actively driving new business opportunities in the region. You’ll be the face of Packetts for your clients—offering expert advice, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. With the support of a dedicated Account Handling team, you’ll focus on growing your book while maintaining the excellent service we’re known for. Key responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of long-standing commercial clients Drive new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach Spot and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Understand client needs and provide expert risk management advice Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies About You We’re looking for someone who: Has a solid background in commercial insurance Is passionate about building relationships and growing business Brings energy, ambition, and a client-first mindset Ideally has a client base they can bring with them Is confident communicating face-to-face, by phone, and online Has used Acturis or is keen to learn When you join us, you can expect a supportive culture and an attractive range of rewards and benefits which include: Competitive salary with an annual pay review and bonus scheme.
