Job Description
3. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
4. Balance sheet reconciliations.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
7. Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes.
8. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
9. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement solutions.
10. Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
11. Experience within a similar role.
12. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
13. Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles.
14. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
16. Experience in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry (preferred but not essential).
