Operations Coordinator North Liverpool £35k plus Qtr Bonus OTE £38-£40k We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office and operational activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the centre of operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue job quotes Manage purchasing and liaise with suppliers Oversee company credit card and petty cash Coordinate transport and logistics, including drivers and couriers Attend onsite client meetings to generate more business or better solutions Provide high-quality customer service, handling enquiries, orders, deliveries, and incoming calls Maintain and update operational data within internal systems (jobs to quote, quoted, ordered, WIP, TBW) Review and manage purchasing data About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with systems and operational data Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently What’s On Offer A varied, hands-on operations role that will be demanding and challenging Supportive and collaborative working environment from a close-knit team Exposure to key business and operational activities and the opportunity to grow with the role and progress further.
