We are currently recruiting for a Lobby Host to join our Truly Talented Team.
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast- paced, busy and hardworking team environment.

As a Lobby Host, you will provide an exceptional first impression and a seamless experience for visitors by greeting them, assisting with their needs, managing visitor flow, and acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the establishment.
Responsibilities of a Lobby Host will include but are not limited to:
* Managing visitor check-in and providing information
* Assisting with meeting room services
* Resolving guest issues with professionalism and a solution- focused mindset
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
