About the role
Reporting to: Retail Support Manager Based: Equity House
Job Summary : To support Booker sales team with achieving KPIs/objectives. Key people you will work closely with are our customers, sales team, all internal departments as well as key third party suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
8. Leading the retail support team.
9. Working closely with the finance team for Capex orders
10. Weekly/Monthly reporting update to the senior sales team
11. Ensuring the sales KPIs are updated periodically on the Booker Portal
12. Management of the Van scheme for Fascia brands
13. Timely release of the Promotional compliance reports for the fascia brands
14. Work cross functionally to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to deliver all sales activity.
15. Assist in the management of Booker portal contents.
16. Assist in the management of the daily challenges, change and ambiguity of working within a fast-paced environment.
17. Maintain and update the additional leaflet charges.
18. Continuous improvement of Stop Standardise Simplify.

28. Understanding of Symbol Group and independent retail is desirable
