Transactional Real Estate Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Leeds
A leading national firm with one of the UK’s largest and most respected real estate practices is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its Leeds office. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with major institutional clients on complex investment, development, and portfolio transactions, combining top-tier work with a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management for a major institutional landlord client, supported by a dedicated delivery model designed for efficiency and client focus.
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary documents, dealing with management applications, and supporting wider real estate transactions including funding, development, and joint ventures.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial or transactional real estate
* Experience acting for institutional, investor, or developer clients preferred
