About The Role
We are seeking professional and qualified
British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters
to support inclusive communication across a range of services. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced interpreters who are passionate about accessibility and keen to provide high-quality interpreting services.
The role will be based on-site in Beverley, with opportunities for varied assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and professional BSL interpretation in a range of settings.
Support individuals to ensure clear communication and accessibility.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional interpreting standards.
Work flexibly to support ad-hoc assignments as required.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Recognised qualification in British Sign Language interpreting.
Proven experience as a BSL Interpreter in professional environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.
Desirable Skills
Previous experience working within large organisations or public sector environments.
Awareness of accessibility initiatives and inclusive communication practices.
