We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Wincanton in Telford, on a Fixed Term Contract until June 2026. Where we provide logistics services for our customer RBSL. This is a weekend focused role, requiring availability to work on Saturday and Sunday.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance which includes providing 5 consecutive years of UK residence and employment/education history.

What You'll Be Doing
17. Receiving, picking, and packing stock in a safe and efficient manner
18. Completing a range of warehouse inventory
19. Data input and related admin tasks
20. Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse
21. Undertaking local deliveries
22. Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided
23. Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations
What will you bring?
24. Good attention to detail, and an accurate way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct
25. The quality of work is the main consideration, so a good level of attention to detail is required
26. Excellent IT skills
27. Understanding the need for a high level of customer service
28. Good communication skills
29. Ability to work as a part of a team but also show initiative when required to work independently
30. Full Clean Driving Licence
31. Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licenses would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
32. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
