Role
Full‑time, 35 hours per week, hybrid working. Set working times: Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm; Friday 7:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient administrative and document control support to multiple teams within Nuclear Operations
* Create, record, file, distribute and securely dispose of documentation in line with procedures
* Manage SharePoint sites and maintain accurate, organised document management systems
* Attend meetings, take minutes and ensure timely distribution of records and supporting documentation
* Liaise with internal teams and customers to coordinate meetings and respond to routine enquiries
Essential experience
* Experience working within an office or administrative environment
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with SharePoint systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities
* Effective problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
* GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent – Essential
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent – Desirable
Security clearance
