Wright Build is a reputable and growing construction company delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. We're now looking for an experienced Resources & Maintenance Planner and organised to join our team and help drive the efficiency and performance of our contract delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with Contract Managers to align all contract programmes and utilise daily work plans.
* Develop and communicate shared resource plans across multiple contracts.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with performance standards and contract conditions.
* Deliver accurate, timely KPI and performance reports for internal management meetings.
* Forecast work programmes to support future planning.
* Attend regular contract progress meetings and provide planning insight.
* Produce monthly valuation templates for Project Managers and issue reminders for analysis deadlines.
* Audit completed work programmes against valuation claims to ensure accuracy.
* Perform internal due diligence on all work order variations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in resource planning, programme management or KPI reporting (construction industry experience preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other planning/reporting tools.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with operational teams and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
