Your new company Our client is a global defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly-regarded fraud departments in either Manchester, Liverpool or Birmingham. The role has a high level of hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary. There is a retrain opportunity for solicitors with a strong interest in insurance fraud work. Your new role This fraud role will see you responsible for: Handing your own caseload of fraudulent claims including motor, EL/PL and organised fraud rings. Leading high-value, complex fraud claims. Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of large insurer clients. Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team. Partaking in business development opportunities to help grow the reputation of the department. Undertaking litigation, advocacy and trial preparation. What you'll need to succeed You should be a qualified solicitor. Experience running your own caseload of litigated insurance fraud claims is beneficial. Applicants should be from a litigation background with previous experience running their own caseload. Senior candidates must have strong leadership and mentoring skills to help support junior members of the team.
