Our small, friendly Learning and Development team is looking for a full-time Coordinator to administer our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate learner data reporting, and assist the L&D Manager with organising training programmes and processes.
This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate excellent administration skills, collate and report data from the LMS and Excel, and provide an excellent service to employees. You will be involved in a broad range of L&D activities to build your administrative skills.
A blended approach to home and office working is in place. Candidates must be able and willing to travel and work at our Salisbury Head Office two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain the central learning management system, ensuring all information is up to date and assisting with uploading new training courses.
2. Report learner training information accurately and promptly to ensure compliance with mandatory training.
3. Communicate progress reports of apprentices to line managers.
4. Monitor external training requests to ensure they align with our process.
5. Set up external training agreements and upload them onto our People system.
6. Assist in identifying learning opportunities and maximise LMS use.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to promote engagement with the learning offer and provide user training on the LMS.
Key Skills Needed
* Ability to set up and monitor systems and spreadsheets, and analyse information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to support learners using clear terminology.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
Experience
* Experience in administration, reporting, or data collation.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to manage workload and adapt to change positively.
* Resilience in unpredictable situations.
Desirable
* Customer service experience.
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
