Business Process Analyst - Remote

We’re working with an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation to recruit for a Business Process Analyst to join their growing technology function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how the business leverages automation, AI, and process optimisation to drive innovation and efficiency.
As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and improve end-to-end processes, helping to unlock opportunities for automation and AI-enabled transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with business teams to understand current processes, challenges, and pain points.
* Document and map end-to-end processes using structured and standardised approaches.
* Analyse workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
* Support innovation initiatives across Digital Labs, with a focus on automation and AI solutions.
* Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for delivery teams.
* Collaborate with product, technology, and data teams to design future-state processes.
* Assist in evaluating and implementing workflow automation and AI use cases.
* Ensure all process documentation aligns with governance and quality standards.
* Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication and engagement.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of process mapping standards and methodologies.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in business process mapping and analysis.
* Strong ability to clearly document complex processes.
* Experience identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
* Understanding of digital transformation initiatives and innovation programmes.
* Exposure to workflow tools, automation platforms, or AI-driven solutions.
* Comfortable working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
* Confident in challenging constructively and asking insightful questions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience working across both business and technology teams.
Salary:
