Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's merchandise and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
* Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
* Mentor and train new sales associates, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
* Participate in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and conducting stock takes.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a retail environment role.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven ability to drive sales
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
