Finance Lead Subject Matter Expert
Salary: £38,332 - £39,558 plus a location allowance of £1,750 and excellent benefits.
Location: Hanslope, South East England, MK19 7BH. 60% hybrid work. Free shuttle bus to central Milton Keynes.
About the role
Join the Finance System team to manage and deliver financial objectives across the organisation. Lead fixed assets, accounts receivable, cash management, general ledger, reporting and Oracle time and labour. Participate in medium‑sized project delivery and support team development. Provide helpdesk support to Hera users and maintain expert guidance across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver your colleagues’ Hera objectives.
* Lead on fixed assets, accounts receivable, cash management, general ledger, reporting and Oracle time and labour.
* Support medium‑sized project delivery across the business.
* Develop and support the personal progression of a B3 SME.
* Provide helpdesk assistance and expert guidance to Hera users.
* Ensure adherence to Hera change control processes.
* Manage your own professional development and improve knowledge of Oracle Financials applications.
Qualifications
* Experience in a finance function.
* Experience with at least two Oracle Finance modules.
* Experience managing business change.
* Part‑qualified CCAB, CIMA or equivalent.
Desired skills
* Staff management experience.
* Familiarity with project management and commercial environment.
* Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, tax and financial accounting.
* Experience working in a project delivery organisation with diverse stakeholders.
