About the role:
To contribute to the delivery of the Shared Lives scheme in Powys by supporting and reviewing arrangements in line with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and the Adult Placement Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2019.
About you:
* Ability to problem solve as well as manage and resolve conflict.
* Ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally, in writing & proficient in IT systems
* Able to build positive working relationships with carers, individuals, families and professionals
* Ability to manage, and prioritise workload and work from a proactive stance
* Understanding of legislative and policy frameworks such as Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and Adult Placement Regulations (2019)

Service: Adult Social Care
Salary: Grade 7 Point 15 to Point 19 £30,024 to £32,061 per annum £15.56 to £16.61per hour
