As part of our 2026 growth strategy, we are now hiring a high-performing Business Development Manager to accelerate new contract wins across London and beyond.


The Role – Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

This is a pivotal, revenue-generating role focused on:

* New Business Development
* Pipeline Growth & Lead Generation
* Tender Management & RFP Responses
* Commercial Cleaning Contract Wins
* Strategic Account Acquisition
* Consultative / Value-Based Selling

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and cold outreach to site surveys, bid submission and final presentation.


Key Responsibilities

🚀 New Business & Revenue Growth

* Identify and secure new commercial cleaning and FM contracts
* Generate and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline
* Target key sectors including corporate offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare and education

📄 Tender & Bid Management

* Lead RFP and tender processes end-to-end
* Prepare compelling, value-led proposals
* Deliver professional presentations to senior decision-makers

🤝 Client Engagement

* Conduct site visits across London & the M25 corridor
* Diagnose client pain points and provide fixed-budget, tailored solutions
* Build long-term commercial relationships

📊 Sales Administration

* Maintain CRM accuracy
* Weekly pipeline reviews with CEO
* Activity reporting and forecasting


About You

We are looking for a driven, target-focused B2B Business Development Manager with:

Essential:

✔ Proven track record in B2B sales (ideally cleaning or FM sector)

✔ Demonstrable success hitting/exceeding revenue targets

✔ Strong understanding of the full sales cycle

✔ Experience managing tenders / RFP processes

✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills

✔ Professional credibility with senior stakeholders

✔ Full UK driving licence

✔ CRM proficiency

✔ Right to work in the UK

Highly Desirable:

* Commercial cleaning / facilities management experience
* Sustainability or ESG awareness
* Existing network in corporate, retail, hospitality or healthcare sectors
* Experience selling value over price
