With a loyal client base including CBRE, Primark, ENGIE and Manchester City FC, you'll work closely with two key customers to maintain and grow their business, while providing technical guidance and driving new sales opportunities. You'll also manage and audit a team of field service engineers, ensuring all equipment meets the highest safety and compliance standards within the working-at-height industry. You'll be based from the West Yorkshire office 2-3 days a week, with the rest spent working remotely and attending customer sites across the UK. Responsibilities: * Manage and develop two key national accounts. * Drive additional sales opportunities through outstanding relationship management. * Lead and audit a team of engineers to ensure compliance and service excellence. * Oversee customer equipment handovers and technical training. * Ensure all equipment is correctly certified and meets current H&S legislation. * Support new product development and client-specific solutions. * Provide expert technical support to both customers and internal teams. Requirements for the Technical Commercial Manager role: * IPAF qualified (essential). * Solid technical understanding and engineering experience with powered access equipment (essential). * Ambitious and highly motivated with a commercial mindset. * Willing to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays. * Full UK driving licence.
