Job Description
Salary: £31,067 - £35,235 per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Pro Rata
International Sponsorship: This role is not open to international sponsorship.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.
The role involves managing two or three staff teams supporting adults with learning disabilities living in their own homes, helping them to live the lives they want.
You will work directly alongside staff teams to ensure effective support for service users, including weekend and evening work, as well as some on-call and sleep-in duties.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong positive values and principles in working with people with learning disabilities and will have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
