With the summer term underway, we’re looking for a caring and committed Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at Shooting Stars Kings Norton.

What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years
Your Role
* Act as a Key Person, building secure and nurturing relationships with children and families
* Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate, child‑led learning experiences
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Contribute to consistent, high‑quality practice and Ofsted readiness
