We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Sandbach
Project Types: Commercial refurbishment
Dayrate: £250 - £260 per day
Duration: Short term / long term/ ongoing
Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming commercial refurbishment project in Sandbach, starting between February and March 2026.
What you'll do as a Freelance Site Manager:
* Manage and oversee a refurb of a fire station
* Ensure projects are on‑time and to client specification.
* Report directly to the contracts manager
* Manage contractors and subcontractors on‑site daily.
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
* Experience working within commercial
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
* UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Must be willing to travel
* Day rate
* Weekly pay on a Friday
