Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Valuer based in our busy Spondon office in Derby. The Property Valuer will conduct market appraisals, provide expert valuation advice, and build relationships with clients to guide them through the property sales process. Other responsibilities include collaborating with team members to optimize property listings, maintaining accurate valuation records, and staying updated with market trends to offer valuable insights to clients.
