Having established ourselves as a trusted name within the automotive sector, were now expanding into logistics and transportand were looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the launch of this new division.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine cold start, ideal for someone with the hunger and confidence to build a desk from the ground up. Youll have full ownership of the logistics market, from business development through to candidate management, backed by Motivas growing brand, resources, and leadership support.
Its your chance to create something thats truly yours with the long-term opportunity to scale into a Team Lead or Divisional Manager role as the desk grows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow a new logistics recruitment desk from scratch (HGV, warehouse, transport ops, planning, etc.)
Generate new business through outbound sales, market mapping, and relationship building
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle. From client acquisition to candidate placement
Deliver consistent revenue performance with autonomy and accountability
Work closely with Motivas leadership team to shape and scale the division
What Were Looking For
Minimum 23 years 360 recruitment experience, ideally in logistics, industrial, or a related fast-paced market
Proven record of winning new business and building lasting client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset, someone that thrives in a self-starter environment
Confident communicator, target-driven, and commercially minded
Ambition to grow your desk into a team or division
What We Offer
