Location: E20 1JQ
Salary: £38,750 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, between Monday- Sunday, 7am - 3:30pm
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* To support the head chef in running the kitchen
* Oversee daily operations when head chef is absent
* Supervise and train the Commis chef
* Maintain food quality and standards
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
* Assist in ordering, stock taking and kitchen compliance guidelines
* Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
* Complying with Health and Safety regulations
Our ideal Sous Chef will:
* Ideally come from contract catering background
* Be flexible and approachable
* Possess the ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
* Passionate about great-tasting food
* Attention to detail, time management
