Fleet Coordinator Location: Flexible across the UK (hybrid working) Salary: £23,950 to £25,155 (plus ILW, if applicable) per annum Hours: 35 per week Contract: Fixed Term Contract ( 3 Months ) Could you use your skills and experience to provide administrative and operational assistance within our National Fleet Team? A day in the life of our Fleet Coordinator In this busy but rewarding role you will help us with a wide assortment of administration duties associated with our fleet. You'll be the initial point of contact for internal & external enquiries. You'll provide reports on vehicle usage, driver behaviour and accident data. You'll be involved in ensuring the fleet, databases, tasks and telematics are compliant and up to date. You'll work to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and that service delivery, quality, and financial targets are met. Please note : this role requires to you be of legal driving age and have had a Full UK driving licence for 2 years. To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience: Strong, every day, general IT skills (Ms Office usage, online meetings and calls updating databases). Ability to work well as part of a team, including team members geographically spread across the organisation. Well-developed communication skills.
