Sales Consultant/Membership Adviser

An exciting job is now available for a proven sales focused person. You should be extremely confident and outgoing, capable of promoting the club to both individual and corporate prospects.
Working closely with the team to ensure targets are achieved you will be part of a highly energised team who work hard and have fun. The role also has an operational side to it and therefore the successful candidate should be willing and able to complete various operational tasks on a daily basis.

You must have a passion for fitness! Working towards a fitness qualification is desirable, but we are looking for someone with a great work ethic and a positive can do mind set.
Key Tasks
* Generating prospects and members through building rapport, conducting an effective needs analysis and overcoming prospect objections.
* New member acquisition through marketing and outreach
* Helping to manage the operational side of the clubs.
* Ensuring club management software is updated and maintained effectively.
* Hitting club targets.
* Delivering best in class member service at all times.
* Being an ambassador of the brand on a daily basis in club.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
