Your Career
As Revenue Operations Planning & Performance Manager at MHR, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating operational excellence across the entire revenue lifecycle. From annual and quarterly planning cycles to pipeline coverage and forecasting, you'll ensure the business is equipped to meet or exceed its revenue goals. Leveraging tools like Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, and Excel, you'll deliver actionable insights that drive predictability, improve sales execution, and align GTM performance with long-term growth targets.

Your Team
You'll work at the heart of the RevOps function, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Leading one Analyst and working alongside a Senior Analyst, you'll prioritise high-value initiatives while embedding a culture of discipline, visibility, and accountability. You'll also serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing clarity in complex commercial environments and driving alignment across functions.

Your Impact
Your leadership will directly improve forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and GTM execution. By ensuring consistent processes, surfacing risks early, and providing full-funnel visibility, you'll give executives the confidence to make informed decisions. Through rigorous planning and performance management, you'll strengthen quota allocation, territory design, and resource alignment, ensuring MHR continues to deliver predictable, sustainable revenue growth.
