Position Overview
We are supporting one of our partners in their search for an experienced Broker Manager - Branch Manager to lead the real estae sales and leasing operations of a new London office. This role will be responsible for building and managing a team of real estate consultants, driving both sales and leasing performance, and ensuring operational excellence. The Broker Manager will strengthen the partner’s market position in the London real estate sector and play a pivotal role in achieving growth and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational, administrative, and sales functions of the London office
* Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of real estate consultants
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies based on market analysis
* Manage financial processes, reporting, and budget control for the office
* Ensure full compliance with UK real estate laws and regulations
* Drive both sales and leasing performance while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction
* Enhance brand reputation and expand market presence in the London real estate sector
Requirements
* Proven experience in the London (and UKI general preferred) real estate market, with expertise in both sales and leasing (mandatory)
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams
* Ability to develop growth strategies, drive sales, and ensure operational efficiency
* Must hold the right to live and work in the UK (residency, work permit, or citizenship required)
* Strong local network and deep knowledge of the London property market
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
