Role: Revenue Project Coordinator Location: Manchester Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm Package: £40k OTE PHMG are recruiting a Revenue Project Coordinator to support the effective delivery of key projects that contribute directly to revenue growth across our global operations. This role combines detailed project coordination with cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure timely and efficient execution of revenue-driving initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, specifically revenue-generating projects, with a proven track record collaborating with cross-functional departments, while be able to work at pace and to tight deadlines. Strategic objectives and responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist in organising and coordinating the delivery of revenue-generating projects (e.g. product launches, pricing initiatives, upselling campaigns). Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule, to budget and within scope. Work with multiple departments to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed on changes, goals, milestones, and final outcomes. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to each revenue-focused project. Support post-project reviews by capturing outcomes and measuring against success criteria. Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on project plans, outcomes and learnings. Prepare regular updates, summaries, and performance reporting for internal teams and leadership. Required Experience and key skills: Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Analytical thinking and comfort with data tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, reporting dashboards). Communication and stakeholder management.
