What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Provide professional building surveying services across residential and commercial properties Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects from inception to completion Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and contract administration Conduct building condition surveys, defect analysis, and reports Advise on planned maintenance programmes and statutory compliance Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery Oversee budgets, timescales, and quality of works What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with proven experience Strong project management skills across residential and commercial sectors Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management abilities Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills Ability to lead projects independently and within a team Good knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and health & safety Proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach What's In It For You?
