Create a safe and supportive environment for young residents. Manage care plans, activities, and daily routines. Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations. Criteria: Level 3 Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care or equivalent. Essential: 1 years' experience in a residential care setting. Car Driver Required.
