Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring landlord and tenant satisfaction whilst maximising operational efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for property management to contribute to a dynamic team.
Duties
* Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, enquiries, and conflict resolution
* Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards
* Handle rent collection, invoicing, and data entry using property management software
* Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and correspondence
* Assist in marketing vacant units through upselling features and benefits to prospective tenants
* Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and other communications with professional etiquette
* Prepare reports on occupancy rates, financial performance, and maintenance issues for senior management
* Support administrative functions such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
* Work alongside the sales department to maximise opportunites benefiting both areas of the business
Qualifications
* Proven experience in office administration or property management roles
* Familiarity with property management software, particularly Street is highly desirable
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
* Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
* Experience in upselling or promoting services/products effectively
* Previous office experience combined with administrative expertise is preferred
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
