Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness with our hotel rooms, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring guests rooms are cleaned to a high standard
* reporting to maintenance any faults with the rooms
* Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including bedrooms, bathrooms,
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the premises.
Skills
* Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
* Experience in a hotel setting is an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
