Overview of the role
We are currently recruiting a 2nd Line Engineer to be based out of our customers site in Woking. Our customer is a market leader in the Catering and Food Supply sector. There is a team of experienced Engineers supporting from Head Office who will be assisting you within the role. Within this role you'll be working with our experienced team to support internal users across 2nd line and managing IT systems and they go through a period of substantial growth.

Duties and responsibilities of our Outsource Engineer – Woking:
Although you will be on site at one of our clients you will be an important member of the Tailor Made Technologies team, you will be the face of the company every day. As our 2nd Line IT Engineer, you will be responsible for; providing outstanding customer care and support through efficient ticket management, providing first response fixes, resolving incidents and requests or escalating when necessary, managing working queues and prioritising events, building machines, complying with SLA's and working efficiently and productively to ensure an excellent customer experience. All support and training will be given to ensure you have what you need to excel in your career at Tailor Made Technologies.
Previous Experience:

Experience with a service desk ticketing system Windows Desktops configuration and support experience
Windows Server configuration and support experience
Office 365 support experience
Microsoft Exchange configuration and support experience
Active Directory configuration and administration
VMware support experience
Citrix support experience
Strong networking skills
ITIL knowledge
