This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or career changer to train as a teacher while working in a supportive and ambitious school environment. You will be fully supported to develop your classroom practice, subject knowledge, and confidence as you work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
About the Role
* Train to teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5 exposure)
* Work alongside experienced teachers and mentors who will guide your development
* Gradually take on teaching responsibilities as your confidence grows
* Engage in a structured training programme leading to QTS
