We're excited to offer a rewarding role as Service Coordinator within our Warwickshire Accommodation and Community Support Service in South Warwickshire. We’re looking for someone who can inspire and lead a team, communicate effectively, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to the continued success of our service delivery. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Service Manager in leading and managing a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality support that leads to positive outcomes for the people living in our accommodation, and people accessing the service from the local communities. You'll also work closely with the local authority and partner organisations to build strong, collaborative relationships that benefit the service and those who rely on it.
